To keep pounds off permanently, it’s best to lose weight slowly.Don’t skip meals.You don’t need to starve yourself if you are trying to lose weight.Mindful eating is a practice where people pay attention to how and where they eat food.Do not turn on the tv,laptop or a phone while eating.Eat breakfast everyday.Some people think skipping a breakfast is a great way to cut calories,but they usually endup eating more throughout the day.Eat low calorie,high volume fruits and vegetables.Have protein at every meal and snack.Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juices.Drink plenty of water.if you reduce your portions by 10% or 20% and did nothing else yes you would lose weight.Throughout the day,do whatever you can to be more active.                        Early morning exercise boost your metabolism and helps you burn more calories for rest of the day.You don’t need to workout for hours.
