Pimples

A Pimple is a kind of small inflamed spot on the skin.                                          Pimples most often affect the face,chest,back and shoulders.Beacause of many sebaceous glands present in these areas of skin.

Types

There are different types of pimples,and they have different symptoms.                    

Blackheads                                                These are clearly visible on the surface of the skin.They are black.Some peolpe believe they are caused by dirt and scrub their faces,but it may irritate the skin.

Whiteheads                                              These are small pimples that remain under the skin.

Cysts                                                        These are also clearly visible on the surface of the skin.They are painful and filled with pus.

Pustules                                                    They are clearly visible on the surface of the skin.These are pimples full of pus.

Causes of Pimples 

Acne,the main cause of pimples,affect over 80% of teenagers.Pimples happens when pores becomes clogged  with sebum and dead skin.This can also lead to infection and inflammation.There are many things that can make acne worse are,Harsh scrubbing,rubbing the skin,changing harmone levels,stress and pressure from bike helmets.

Prevention Tips

                                         

Acne is not caused by dirt,so don’t over wash or use harsh scrubs.Dont picking or squeezing blemishes.Picking can lead to inflammation.Use oil free products on your face.You can do any good thing to improve your skin.
