25 Sec Wall sit

10 Butt kicks

20 Squats

15 Sec plank

35 Jumping Jacks

25 Crunches

Tuesday This day should start with

20 Butt kicks

10 Push ups

45 Sec wall sit

30 Sec plank

10 Jumping jacks

Wednesday

35 Sec wall sit

15 Squats

20 Push ups

50 Jumping jacks

25 Butt kicks

30 Crunches

40 Sec plank

Thursday On this day do

20 Crunches

35 Butt kicks

60 Sec wall sit

35 Squats

20 Push ups

30 Sec plank

Friday On fifth day do

60 Sec plank

55 Jumping jacks

40 Sit ups

10 Squats

50 Sec wall sit

30 Crunches

Rest during the weekend and enjoy
